RE: RE: RE: RE: Wouldn't Surprise me

Edgar,

You bring up some very valid points.  Without question, the value of the company is there, we all agree on that or we would not be stockholders.  I have only owned this stock for about 4 months but it is now my largest holding along with Sandstorm Gold.  I found out about the company through Sandstorm and I now investigate all companies that Sandstorm invests in.  I also agree with you that they will probably need a small amount of money to complete the expansion but I think Sandstorm will be the way they get it done.  I ran the numbers and, IMO, it would be in Sandstorm's best interest to do the deal.  There is less gold in the ug portion but they would only have to put up about $13 million and they would also get the leach pad, which the company said in the Dener presentation would end up being around $100 million in metals.  I think Sandstorm is waiting to see the updated drill results before committing to the funding.

As for the 7x earnings, agreed, too cheap.  One thing that I have noticed is the volume, or lack thereof lately.  I think the stock is basing nicely and I expect another leg up with in the next month or so.  Maybe to the $3.60 level?  I think once we get the updated drill results, we will see an increase in activity.

I'm not sure about a short player, I am not that smart to figure that out.  News and volume drives price and we really have not seen either lately.   I truly agree with your assesments for $8-12 range in a few years, this is why I made it my #1 holding, that is pretty much my target as well.
