EIL volume

Big seller today is trading from National Bank, usually means someone from Quebec as Natl B. is pretty much a provincial bank.  Not too many Quebers are interested in Western Canada.   Most of the big volume buys were by BMO.  Someone doesn't think EIL is going anywhere fast.  Getting out at 0.045 imeans someone is surely taking a bath as no one has accumulated any volume below 0.04. Hard to figure out exactly what's happening with this stock.
