Waiting for Tullow to have another strike could be a big big miscalculation. Take a look at OLY.V. Shell had drilled the area many years ago and encountered 'oil', so the assumption that OLY would hit the mother load with new technology etc turned up a duster not once but twice. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush and Simba would best be served to get the best deal now because with cash in hand they can move forward with developing their other potential properties( do not put all your eggs in one basket) that also have interest from other parties. If they wait to long 'opportunties' could evaporate quickly and the only alternative could be massive equity dilution.
