LCC has a legal responsibility to report all material changes. In this case the change is insignificant. It's small. It makes little difference to the overall picture. The percentage on the NSR is usually a standard industry figure used by most. Does not reflect on the quality or size of the claim.

This property extended their existing claim / share of claim and adds value to their existing claim. But not so that you would notice much of a difference on the share price.

Although there was a nice positive move on the share price this morning.
