the single sale was already addressed(empoyee leaving company).The present insiders already have lotsa shares.Unlike another company,in the middle of a desert near the border of an enemy state,with next to no infrastructure,in a country where mining companies are abandoning projects etc etc where there has been HUGE institutional selling(unlike ICP,with Inst buying) in the last 12 months....no need to put on a "show".
