i think you shouldn`t listen to this management, they do not seem to have much interest attracting addtional shareholders. 

my point is:

from 2012 june financials

"At the end of July 2012, EURO received payment of $12.65 million (€10.30 million) related to the 

second quarter 2012 Rosebel royalty.  EURO will be making its first dividend distribution on 
September 18, 2012 in the amount of €18.12 million.   "
 
-> so that`s an annualized 41million Euros per year. at 1500 Gold. there are only two possibilties: they pay that out or they keep the cash, but if they keep it, the comapny ios not worthless after the Royalty runs out.
 
41million (more like 55m at today goldprice) over 11 years is 451 million Euros. current MArketcap is 185million. plus the other assets they own.
not a 10bagger for sure. but not a bad investment either. for me as a german it is very interesting, because it is a eurpean country which recieves its payments in $....just thinking about a euro breakup.
