And with 12-15 months needed from financing to production, with their stated current goal of production in December 2013, most of the things on this checklist will need to happen very soon--hopefully lots of good N/R's in the next few weeks.  None will be bigger than hearing IMC has advanced the next $30M, because that is the gateway to receiving the other bank financing.  Hopefully it won't take IMC 60 days to do that given they have already had a lot of extra time to get their financial plans in order.  Given the feasability update will help the bank funding so I bet that update will be coming soon.
