In general, pricing for a utility-scale wind turbine is $1m per MW, and roughly $1.5m all-in

well if that includes the cost of development fine but what is the cost to puchase and install a turbine.  A million dollars per turbine does not seem out of line. There is no way they should sell for less than the cost to purchase the units. Especially if they have power purchase agreements in place with the credits
