3. Having an average annual turnover of Rs.100 crores in the last 3 financial years ....

Project Objectives:

  • Ensure prompt payment to employees every month by the entities'
  • To bring all employers, employees & disbursal agents under centralized wages management system for
  • effective monitoring.
  • To streamline the wages disbursal mechanism in the state and add on additional payment chanuels'
  • To reduce employer,employee disputes/grievances with regard to wages and non-payments.
  • To identify the defaulting entities and regularize their wages payments to employees'
