Colombian Drilling

I am surprised to see TID moving down this week when they are very busy in Colombia.  It looks like they running flat out.  If you follow the CDN companies operating in the Colombian  oil fields they are going to keep Tuscany very busy.  Buying under $.30 seems to be a no brainer.
