In valueing WND it should not be forgotten that most of thier sales are in a cap and trade state. [California] The only one in the USA. Those carbon sales off set will be auctioned off to the hightest bidder in a regulated market. Who ever buys WND assets will have a very valuble asset in more then just renewable wind production.
