Sounds like a very good plan!  Interested investors should considerwriting this "game plan" down and keeping it in a safe place...and...referring to it any time they have feelings for selling prematurely.  A periodic, "cashing in"  plan seems like an excellent way to reduce the risk (in this case above 20) and developing a little fire power for when there might be a significant price decrease (say from 20 to 15 or 30 to 21...a preset percentage...30-33%) and have the capability to buy back in, if desired.  I, for one, am going to write this down and seriously consider a 10-20% reduction at some pre-determined points (maybe a price/date sliding scale).  Thanks; it is amazing what ideas you can pick up on this board.  GL
