NO TRANSFER PAYMENTS TO QUEBEC

If Quebec does not want to develop the shale gas in their own backyard but still imports it from the west then perhaps they should forfeit the transfer payments they receive from the provinces who safely produce shale gas and earn real profits. Quebec should not receive a single dollar from any province who is doing the heavy lifting. Quebec...You just can't expect the rest of the country to pay your bills while you sit back eating poutine and smoking cigarettes. There is a widely held perception that many Quebecers are lazy, uneducated whiners that want all the benefits of being Canadian without pitching in to help themselves. When I see the hypocricy of wanting...or should I say expecting revenue from gas producing provinces to pay their bills it makes me think of two things I hope will happen. One... As stated above..no transfer payments..earn your own living, pay your own bills. Secondly..if you think that natural gas is so evil..stop using it. Run your province on solar, coal and windmills. See how that works and get back to me. The more I read and observe how Quebec conducts their own business the more I am convinced it is the blind leading the ignorant. Quebecers...you voted the PQ in, now you get to live with the consequences. Every day you get yourselves further in debt is one more day that you screw the next generation...what a great legacy you're building. I cannot fathom the ignorance of this province...so very grateful I do not live there.
