RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: NR - Extension of Debt Fac The 6 month extension is exactly what is needed. Management negotiated a fair price for the extension. No need to look at the nickel and dimes of the 'bonuses' as every company that needs money goes through the same issues.
Someone said it was the SART issue that put the company in a hole, not quite. Would you rather pay $2m to get out of a lawsuit or $9m plus lawyer fees after the lawsuit?
The debt would have probably been paid out in december if management didn't decide to "reuse" the old leach pads to save a few bucks (what the hell were they thinking?). Lost almost 7,000-10,000 because of their lethal mistake. Anyways they learned from their mistake and moved on.
It will honestly take about $3-5m and 10-12 months to expand reserves and I doubt management will consider this until production is at full scale. Even though Chris qouted this, I have me doubts.
I would rather see production up and running, then consider acquisition opportunities. Any major can expand reserves effectively. In fact, this would be a great selling point.. Mine is worth 100M minimum at this scale. With expansion, you will get a 20 year mine.
And about consolidation, you never know. Perhaps 2:1..
Hang in guys, this is not a dud. Not even close.
