TO THE CURRENT CHIMPERS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Luke.

Why are you here? You've been posting since 2005 under this name, and not once in that seven years have you ever done anything except make brown-nose posts about the McClay-led company, the McClays and predictions of $5-by-Xmas, fer sure, fer sure.

When the deficiencies in the financials were glaringly obvious to even a financially illiterate blind person, you're response was $5-by-Xmas, fer sure, fer sure.

When the financials finally started revealing the Vicore enigma (write-off of another $150,000, and McClay is seemingly president ) and the Kirkness enigmas (an almost $250,000 loan to Kyle McClay and the $10K-per-month salary); when Kyle McClay finally reported his insider reports (four years late) and the dissidents revealed that "Kyle McClay, Brian McClay’s son and the former manager of Kirkness, also made late insider report filings on July 31, 2012, August 1, 2012 and August 2, 2012 that relate to securities of the Corporation he acquired and disposed of between April 2008 and February 2012.A total of 217 transactions involving an aggregate of 5,394,750 securities of the Corporation were the subject of the late filings."; and when Cumo Holdings Limited, LLC was mentioned...still nothing but brown-nose posts (at least you no longer chant your hallmark mantra, "$5-by-Xmas, fer sure, fer sure."

Why are you here? The Blue slate has the brains and the brawn (contacts, integrity, experience and access to meaningful financial assistance).

VOTE BLUE...IT'LL BE GOOD FOR YOU AND IDAHO, TOO!!
