the only management changes arn has made are the two co founders of the company with one left to go. They have brought in quite a few VP's' over the last year or so and at that time the stock was around 6 dollars. if you look on sedi you will see which VP's' are committed to getting arn back on track by the volume of shares that they picked up on the open market. one thing you will see is the generous amount of options given to them, food for thought. I still feel arn can turn this around with cleaning house and a more controlled spending plan.Key ingredient to arn's sucess will be a controlled water flood in place. But the only control i see here is options options options SOB'S
