RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Who is keeping the sp petersb, respect your opinion generally on jurisdiction. Personally, I restrict my PM investments to N.A, but including Mexico. IMO Mexico is no Peru or Bolivia. Until quite recently they were, in effect, nationalistic. However, when Mexican leaders realized it was not working, the country about ten years ago was opened to investment. From what I read they are quite satisfied with the improvement in their economy as a result of this change. You may want to re-look at Mexico as a mining venue sometime.
I especially like AUN because of the Shafter mine in Texas. As you know it will be commissioned in the 4th Q. An interesting item is the mine plan had to be redrawn because of the significant (not known until this year) deep width & depth of the silver resource. And, furthermore Mr. Lenic R. their CEO has noted several times over the last 3 or 4 months that they found the silver at Shafter has been "contaminated" with gold. In one case they found 11% contamination. I expect we will hear more about the gold "contamination". Shafter may very well be a silver & gold mine.
For more info you may wish to review some of the CEO presentations posted at the Aurcana site as well as several others on YouTube.
