RE: Newbie question on reverse split?

RE: Newbie question on reverse split?

Short answer: No, a RS is not a good thing.  Look at U.S. Silver Corp.; they did a RS earlier this year.  Was a disaster.  4 out of 5 companies, or more, that do a RS end up regretting it; that is, the shareholders of those companies regret it.  There are few winners, on the shareholder side, when a RS is completed.  AUNNF/v.AUN will do just fine through good management execution.  Results will count.  AUN can graduate to the TSX and later, if desired, to the AMEX (when their price exceeds $2/share).  AUN does not need the RS and we all IMO should encourage AUN managementr to stay away from a RS..

Regards,

DrBill
