 It’s actually a good thing that you raised the SND warrant issue. Not a popular topic but maybe it should be as SND warrants traded initially largely on SSL results or expectations as in “If he can do it there, he can do it here”. They were initially priced and traded on traditional warrant valuation models without (hardly) anyone paying much attention to SND’s projected income flow which was based on a fair amount of positive thinking and totally excluded potentially negative micro or macro events.

 

The only reason I mention it ... I see similar exuberance in the current pricing of the new SSL B warrants and I think it’s fair to  assume that some SND holders also pay attention to them.
