For what it's worth, I put $3-5 as overly conservative for 5 years. I'd say it's worth over $1.5 today, if markets were rational. I'm expecting a fair value of $5-$10 in 5 years (the actual price will depend on the whims of the market, of course). The low end represents moly and increased tungsten resources, muguk gold and silver, and the hope of a viable third project. The high end of my estimate represents the successful completion of a third project and the addition of anything else to the pipeline.

 

If at any time, my view of this future changes, or I find another management team that I think can do better, I'll sell. But I'm honestly very impressed by this team, and have very high hopes for the company.
