There is zero evidence that this is even true.  More likely existing shareholders and traders simply changed their sentiment.  The real question is:  what is the real value of BXE?  Barring a worldwide meltdown, it is much higher than the current price.  We have had several evaluations by institutional anaylsts as evidence.
