What happens in the unlikely event that nobody bids that high?  Hypothetically if the highest bid came in at a lowball price of $3 (or even less than current market value), then WND would reject it.  My concern then is that the price would start to drift lower because there would be no line of sight to a sale of the company.  Let's not forget that this was trading at less than $1.50 before the sale was announced.  That's what the market valued the company at.
