Mike Macalstar mentioned who the institutional holders were and said they would vote the down the deal. I believe one of them was UBS but I can't remember. I think taking this public might be the best option considering what Stan Barti has done to shareholders of T.FMC and shareholders had no re-course. I noticed he increased his monthly salary of T.fmc from $15,000/month to $30,000/month there as well starting late last year just when the markets are tanking. He is using his stable of companies for his personnal piggy bank. If you look at all the companies Aberdeen has invested in, they all share the same address and Stan Bharti is usually chairman of the board on all of them and receiving ridiculous compensation.

I noticed he donated $40,000 to the Olympic sprinters trying to look like a hero mean while raping his stable of companies and shareholders of millions of dollars. What a great citizen!
