RE: RE: Website

RE: RE: Website

Well, I am extremely impressed.

Kobex, ex-optionee of the Cumo, gave up the property, and was subsequently sued by MSQ for $375,000 and 1.12 million Kobex shares, as was revealed in the news release issued by Brian McClay on 2006-10-10 (settled for $20,000 on 2008-10-10).

SDykes, ex-director of MSQ and ex-qualified person for the Cumo property, was sued by MSQ for damages for “various breaches of duties to the company and for conspiring against the company” in a news release issued by Brian McClay on 2012-05-01, and was further featured in a news release issued by Brian McClay on 2012-09-13 as “an error had been made in the molybdenum RCV calculation that was provided by MrDykes”.

While mean-spirited chimpers might chortle that birds of a feather flock together (in the sued-by-McClay-led-companies club), I look upon this as further testament to SDykes’ intelligence, integrity and probity. It’s obvious to me that SDykes impressed Kobex enough that they both trusted each other enough to put this latest deal together.

It would seem that the “deep Chinese connections” attributed to Mr. McKay (a Calandra typo) may have been with the company, as represented by SDykes, and not at all with Brian McClayl. “Still, Mr. McKay and his company are riding a theme. He has deep Chinese connections, including that China-based chairman of the company.” Thom Calandra

It’s very nice to see that few outside of the present-day, McClay-led faction at MSQ paid any attention to the MSQ news releases issued on 2012-05-01 and 2012-09-13 by Brian McClay.
