Both sides say they want to sell the company.
There is zero proof (but lots of propaganda) that one side will get a better price than the other (although as you point out, only one side has already voted themselves bonuses for getting a higher price...but that money has to reduce money available to send to shareholders).
If anything, the end of the pre-voting period stops WND from wasting shareholder money fighting the dissidents so maybe the stock goes higher no matter who wins...because uncertainty declines a bit.
If you think you can explain why the share price will go DOWN after the vote, please explain, because I can't see shareholders selling at $2.50 or less when both Parties to the Proxy Fight are going to see the company for more than $2.50.
