A lot of companies who do very very well have no insider transactions.  Employees can utilize stock options later on.  I believe Anna and Thomas are particularly sensitive to the idea of insider trading(on good or bad news) and in this time when so many things are in the pipeline perhaps they're particularly cautious.  When I called and spoke to Anna she was the most tight-lipped exec I've ever talked to probably.  That's a good and bad thing...but I don't dismiss their background as a reason for which they haven't bought and shares.
