I do not think that it has anything to do with the loan between GFC and PD (which I do not think it still exist). I think that when we received our options last December at 0.44$, the Imbault family did not have any money to buy them. When I look GFC shares in December 2011 and March 2012 they were still 2 millions... In April, GFC announced that it bought 7 millions shares at 0.65$ from a Bank, if i remember correctly was in the Carrabians, which came out in the local newspaper and sedar (in the newspaper, the Imbeault mentioned that they had no money to buy there options and seemed to be happy to get them back). I believe that the loan with FFH has to do with this. I'm not convience that Imbeault is selling out. My thinking is that, tax implication or something else... the good news is Prem is still buying shares at 0.85$. The last sedar seem to indicate that FFH has a no action period of 12 months #8 ii, page 3 starting Dec 29, 2011.
