COP selling oil sands for 5B-Indian oils

COP selling oil sands for 5B-Indian oils

COP had their oil sands lands on the block for awhile, 5B may be reason.  However, ONGC, Indian Oil and Oil Indian may be the new buyers for it.  

Does Ottawa look at this as foreign buyers with foreign owners!!!

Would this take some of the news off NXY or just add more fuel to the fire!
