This deal was originally negotiated in Oct 2011 (https://www.prodigygold.com/_resources/news/nr_2011_10_19.pdf) for "30% of the outstanding voting shares of Goldstream on a fully diluted basis" unfortunately this has now being reduced to 24%, presumably as a result of some dilution taking place on Goldstream. So this news is actually reporting a negative event.
