Look savitr, midler et al, shareholder value is and will be protected by WND's board. Plain and simple.

I just left the AGM and it was a great turnout and an even better meeting. Jeff's delivery was clean, precise and well-articulated. I am not here to boost or bash, I am just stating facts. Like he said, (and from what I gathered) it was indeed a very emotional meeting with nothing but upside...

It is bittersweet. Yes we all will cash out as promised come january (at the latest, which was stated at the meeting) on what we've been attached to for so many years. The value of the assets currently sits at 400 million without breaking a sweat. In the next few years to come that value will no doubt double, and like Jeff said, WND has finally just got its legs and is really going to run now. It's too bad the man who built it from NOTHING but a cellphone and his home office has to sell it right when the head of steam of WND will surely take off. However, he owes the duty to us all to sell the company for maximum value. This process cannot be turned back - he said it himself. Not only would it damage his reputation but it simply cannot happen. So midler and whomever  needs to stop right now with claims that they are the ones trying to protect shareholder value blah blah blah...... WND is getting sold for the highest offer, like it or not. That, in effect, is protecting the common shareholder.

ANd yes, a black ferrari, not yellow nor green.

Good luck everyone I wish you all the best.
