They're doing a 1:2 rollback with only 23mil o/s? If they can't raise money with 23mil shares at 2 cents, why will 12mil at 4 cents make any difference? The bogus games from the banks/brokers/insiders just keep getting more bizarre in the TSX.V racket! Desperate crooks! Total sham!!!
