30 days is up today?

30 days is up today?

According to the terms of the original agreement, Xstrata will have 30 days from that date to advise Canstar if it wishes to proceed with the joint venture and contribute 50% of future exploration expenditures. Canstar will be the operator of the joint venture.

The Joint Venture meeting with Xstrata Canada Corporation will now take place on August 27th rather than August 13th. Members of Xstrata's senior exploration staff have now been brought into the project and require additional time to review Canstar's proposed exploration program prior to the meeting.

August had 31 days in it and today is Sept 26th so technically today is day 30. I wonder if the announcement will be after todays closing bell.
