The only place the word feasibility or even pre-feasibility appears in your post is in the words you've added.

 

I was wondering you can explain the difference between the Cow Mountain project in that press release and the Cariboo Gold Project which PG is reporting....

 

Wasn't PG's resource estimate for Cow Mountain? This is not a trick question. Rather i"ve always found the BGM naming of projects to be less than transparent.

 

That said, I very much doubt BGM will an actual Feasibility Study done in 2013 -- best case would be a pre-feasibility and pre-feasibility typically do not report reserves (but they can I believe).
