RE: RE: outside viewpoint In reading and re-reading both news releases ( one in the spanish and the current one from the company) I noticed that in the Spanish release earlier by the Ejido and their buddies, they threatened recission (termination) of the land agreements. Then comes todays release by our company and they say they " ... have filed legal action for damages and rescission (ie termination) of the surface rights agreement with the Ejido .." .
Now, I wonder if Excellon has gathered enough geological data whereby they DON'T NEED THE SURFACE RIGHTS ?? Possibly the deposit is now (from the knowledge of past drilling and exploration) so big that they can mine underground for a long, long time?? It appears to be very bold moves by Excellon at this juncture.
Any thoughts?
As Always, Best of Luck
