The new 3.5 million shares for $20.02 million carry an average price of $5.72, and yesterday's close was $5.74.  Someone knows something for sure and was buying ahead of time.  That's why SP went up so much in one day.  This is truly an insiders' game. 

 

Let's hope we advance much further from this new share price base.
