Agreed. PEM's valuation at today's price makes this a screaming buy - huge upside and nil risk.  Those buying in under $0.15 will be handsomely rewarded in short order. 

Today's discount won't last long however - expect to see $0.10 in days. Get 'em while you can.  GLTA
