RE: RE: Relax

RE: RE: Relax

Let me start of this e-mail by saying I completely know what you mean, and I couldn't agree with you more. Forget about establishing trust with potential investors, how about establishing trust with existing investors! As I mentioned in a previous post of mine, just a few weeks ago, I was nervous as heck that this company could be a fraud. Fortunately, the company received a clean audit opinion which alleviated much of this fear, at least for the short term.

I as well would have been pleased if they had declared a small dividend, I would have even been more pleased however, if the company recognized how undervalued its shares were and took greater advantage of its share repurchase plan. I also mentioned this in my previous post, but if this company can just its cash and A/R to pay back all of its debt, and be able to repurchase every single share at current market prices, why isn't it doing so!? And this is based on a share price of around 1.78. Before the company announced it's annual results, I e-mailed the general inbox for investor services 3x inquiring about the status of the share repurchase plan and I didn't even get a response!

I also noticed the sell rating and 1.45 target on Hanfeng. I didn't quite understand how a company with such a low price/book value could be rated a sell. TD securities (I believe) also recently lowered it's target price for Hanfeng..... Maybe even the analysis think its a fraud, only explanation that makes sense to me....
