RE: RE: RE: HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER
RE: RE: RE: HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER I plugged the numbers into my Li'L Tykes super computer and it thinks there are 32.15 troy OZ per Kilo. So below is the data! Yes I agree, the cut-off seems a bit high for underground mines. Perhaps others could offer some insight. Also, bear in mind, these are the minimum numbers and very conservative, if the grades are higher, or tonnage is understated, we can only go up. Currently these additional reserves keep the mines operating for almost 3 more years, Gross sales of $632 Million, and contribution ($700/oz COS) of $397 Million to profit before G&A. Still good numbers. In any case HRG production goes to 470,000 oz FY 2013 with the addition of BISSA.
Add another .05 to earnings (BISSA) and we should be at .28 (2013 FY) * 6.5 = $1.82 based on current evaluation.
So Mordy, you better make it CASH $3.50 now.
