RE: RE: every 10$ up in gold I would not be so sure. Let's run some (not so hypothetical) numbers, shall we:
$10 per 200,000 oz/year equals $2,000,000 of extra net earnings.
$ 2,000,000 times 10 (average FCF for senior producers) equals $20,000,000
divided by one billion shares equals $0,02 sp gain per share
Now multiply that with your number of shares, lets say e.g. 500,000. Gives you $10,000 of extra earnings.
Don't know bout you but $10,000 figure much to me.
