The Mina Real Property consists of 11 mining concessions and one mineral claim encompassing a total area of over 21,367.42 hectares (ha). The contiguous Santa Fe Property consists of one mining concession totaling approximately 3,852.66 ha. The San Francisco Property consists of 12 mining concessions encompassing over 18,125.05 ha. Its subsidiaries include ALB Holdings Ltd., Mina Real Mexico S.A. de C.V. and Compania Minera Santa Fe S.A. de C.V.

Community Relations

Highlights of the relations with the communities:

• Support was given to the Santa Fé Community for the hauling of a bulldozer to rehab access roads for the community.

• Financial support was given to Real de Acuitapilco Community for a trip by school students.

• Support was given to the Labor Community for a soccer tournament.

• One-time compensation was made to a member in the Ejido de Compostela Community for the amount of Mexican pesos 38,500 (approximately Cdn $2,800) for impairment of assets other than land in his coffee crop area while constructing roads for San Francisco Project.
