I'm just responding quickly to your claim that insiders didn't have large holdings themselves, which is not correct..  

The CEO is recorded has having the following holdings

 

    Common Shares 436,884    
    Options 623,800
Control or Direction
    Common Shares 35,000
 
Skipping the detail, I can see four other officers hold between 100,000 and 800,000 in total (shares and options)
 
Then we have 6 members of the Board of Directors which hold between abiout 90,000 and 750,000 shares and options each.
 
The above insiders are prohibited from buying while the company is in a quite period (much of this year), other than through prearranged company buying plans.
 
As you can see, claiming that management doesnt` have any skin in the game, is rubbish
