Los Azules Litigation MUX Shareholders:
Can someone please update me on the litigation by offering me their opinions on the case and what the result will be? I am an shareholder and believer in McEwen Mining, but getting nervous as this date approaches. I've read what I could on the case through the internet and I can't get a good read on how it's going to play out. I would like to get a better read before the verdict in NOV/DEC. It's clear that TNR is pulling out every argument they can, all the way back to back in rights from 2004. I'm just curious about the validity of the claims and what other McEwen shareholders think.
