"wonder why there is buying"

Rube, the reason, IMO, because of the two articles about MSQ. I'd never heard of these people before but, afyrt checking out their picks, their trackl record really does seem to be incredible.https://www.stockanalytical.com/Contact.html

22 August 2012 - MSQ.VMosquito Consolidated Gold Mines is a serious BUY at current levels. The Share price has tumbled over the past year and a half from around $1.20 against a background of serious and public management disputes, allegations of mismanagement and personal benefits. Following a closely contested and vindictive dismissal and appointment of directors last December, a Supreme Court Judge recently stating the Televote process used to solicit votes “had an oppressive and unfairly prejudicial effect”. The Company has been ordered to call a new meeting of shareholders by early October. Despite probable delaying tactics by the current Board, we are of the opinion that it will be replaced in the relative short term and that this is long overdue. A new, competent, responsible and accountable Board will see MSQ.V turn around and provide for an easy 300% plus target with major upside going forward. The MSQ.V driving asset is their multi-billion CuMo project in Idaho, USA which is a massive world-class project. We include MSQ.V in the StockAnalytical portfolio on our assessment that the Board will be replaced, if it is not we will revise our research. At a market cap of only $20M this is a grossly undervalued company, but competent management is needed to deliver results and we believe a new Board is essential to this.

21 September 2012 - MSQ.V - Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines we view as one great opportunity, especially if shares can be acquired around the 20 cent level or lower. D-Day is finally approaching with a Court ordered replacement shareholders meeting to be held next October 16. We do not believe you will be able to get shares at anywhere near these values following this meeting.

Have a good look through the Company's self serving Information Circular, especially where they tackle the allegations of the so-called dissidents. The hard question matters are just not answered, but rather lame explanations provided instead by an alleged impartial Committee. This Committee included one Patrick Bronson who they say headed up the Company during the period that President Brian McClay was barred from managing the corporation by the regulators. It also included William Jefferies who has been McClay's right arm and orange boy for decades. Neither have ever managed the day to day affairs of the company regardless of titles.

Five years ago the exciting Cumo project propelled the MSQ.V shares to over $2.00, it has been downhill since then. Two years ago they were over $1.50 and a year ago 80 cents, and last week 16 cents. MSQ.V in a release of 21 September warns, "Your investment in Mosquito is at risk...", a strange and empty comment coming from a management, that has totally decimated the investment and confidence of shareholders that have all bought it at much higher levels over the past five years. Forget about the allegations of personal benefits, mismanagement and non accountability - over $150 million has been wiped out in its market capitalization - shareholders money that is, yet the company controls what promises to be one of the world's largest potential copper/moly mines and today THEY say "Your investment in Mosquito is at risk..." We would suggest: "Please do not insult the intelligence of your shareholders."

As a clear signal to existing shareholders, three MSQ.V stellar directors, including, General Merrill McPeak, the Chairman, resigned en masse last July, allegedly concerned with the McClay management during their 9 month tenure. It would be a pity if the company's shareholders cannot work out the true cause of the Company's problems. Blind Freddy can see that the company's current situation has not been bought about by dissidents as stated and/or inferred, especially when one has paid over $7M for the privilege of being a shareholder and seeing his money carved up, and the other has been singularly the driving force of value as he managed the Cumo project development.

We believe shareholders will see a change of management on 16 October and if we are right then these shares will be extraordinarily cheap at today's market prices. If we are wrong, shares can always be sold, but we are there for the opportunity and we see little downside taking a position.
