Raising Money

They indicated in the last Q-end that they were buying back shares. This contributed to the stock price appreciation. The only justification for selling treasury shares would be related to an aquisition.

I tried buy a small amount of additional shares from TD...filled only 75%. And by opening, the tendering process was closed.

I am hoping that this was a good sign.
