RE: RE: Share Sale By law the insiders are allowed certain amount of time to file share transactions on SEDI from the date of such transactions. I think the time window is fairly large (two weeks?, anyone know for sure?) so by the time those transactions hit SEDI they could be stale. Anyway a single large insider sale does not bother me, as long as it's not followed by similar sales.
Anyway, the bottom line is - we all have experienced much frustrations by the performance of PRY. This is a highly touted stock and all the facts and figures look good and yet it keeps on sinking. I come across a series of interesting posts today on Investor Village - a semi private chat line for more informed investors - about PRY and one guy posted the very same question that we are all asking here. It's an interesting read. So are the answers received. In conclusion nobody can figure out why either, lots of theories though.
