PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

although mobile ad sounds promising in the future, but the problem with poynt is that no one actually use it to do anything. its nice to check out restaurants and movies, but thats all you can do, you cant order food or reserve seats. so i dont see any huge revenue coming from any of it. Poynt need to develop a better interface, you know like I heard right now they have a new poynt app for iphone, that has 'like' features, which i think its good, but not good enough. they need to be more hands on and user friendly, cuz right now I only see poynt as an app version of yellowpage. they need to add in more crazy stuff you know, like order food, shops and social. I really hope they would do well, but they really need to focus on R&D.
