Many times an investment company must sell even those shares they wish to keep if they need to raise cash due to their investor base selling... a matter of raising cash. This must make an investment firm mad when they have to sell what could be a winner to raise cash for their investors! OPL is further down the line and PNP has had a chance to re establish an OPL position.. with terms definately of their approval.
