I found the article and got it translated. the one thing I noticed is that someone was also accusing CSI of stealing the miner's gold because they were taking ore out of the mine under the guise of building a ramp. I guess the idea of actually needing the decline never really entered someone's head. They were also going to have this big confrontation with the thiefs on June 14th. The significance to me is that means this news is over 3 months old. CSI would have reported it by now if it was true. And the sanity of the writer has to be questioned as well if buildiing the decline is like stealing the ore.
