Parex (PXT) is also a good customer. Tuscany is extremely well managed and took on some risk to grow to reach a critical mass of size. Once they get the debt levels down they will be a go to growth name and their share price will be at least at their book value of over a buck.

I have been super impressed with the responsiveness of this companies management despite them being extremely busy and challenged with their careers. I sent an e-mail of last week late afternoon to the President and Reg Greenslade called me back the next morning and said "sorry to get back to you so late". I said what....I just sent you the email late yesterday afternoon. I took a half hour and answered the questions in my note as best he could. I have also received the same promptness from their CFO as well as the hed of IR.

When you invest in a company you are largely investing in their management ability....both operating and strategic ability. I for one believe in the management and South America is a real growth region for oil and gas E&P. and are not dependent on Fracking to the same extent as in the newer non-convenional plays in North America.

Here is a link to the latest research report update from Raymond James focusing on their view of the credit restucture.
