I have never heard that there has been tangible offers before, just that this was a prime target. Pretty interesting. No rush for them to sell before there ready as they are in good shape financially. They clearly have no plan to exist long haul as they have yet to implement a waterflood program like most of there compatriots, rrx, rpl, wcp etc. They have given themselves the luxury to pick there exit point and I'm willing to wait.
